ACCESS GUIDE

Travelling to and from Mandarin Oriental, Singapore.

Due to extensive road closures and diversions, please be advised of the following access guide.​ We highly recommended access by MRT via Promenade MRT Station.

Arrival by Public Transport (MRT)

​

Nearest MRT stations:

• Promenade MRT Station (CC4 / DT15) via mall-link. Estimated 10-15min walk.

• City Hall MRT Station (NS25 / EW13) via Marina Square. Estimated 10-15min walk.

• Look out for existing signage to Mandarin Oriental, Singapore, through the underground passage and mall-links.

• Please note that the hotel will not be accessible from Marina Bay Sands, One Fullerton and Central Business District due to the set-up of race tracks and road closures.

Getting to the Mandala Mansion from Promenade MRT

• Exit Promenade (CC4 /DT15), through Exit A

• Walk towards Millenia Walk (shopping mall), do not enter Millenia Walk (you are in the right direction if you see SONOS)

• Continue until you reach the outdoor escalator leading to a sky bridge (past Meidi-Ya Supermarket)

• Using the sky bridge, cross-over the main road, following signage for Ritz Carlton / Marina Square

• Enter Marina Square and follow signs towards “F1 Gate 7” for 50 metres

• Once you reach FRANKE, make a left turn towards GEBERIT 

• You will find the back door entrance for Mandarin Oriental, Singapore on the left of GEBERIT

• Follow the signs for Mandarin Oriental and head down the stairs to reach the ground floor

• You will be led to the main entrance driveway of Mandarin Oriental

• Take a left turn, and you will reach the lobby

Arrival by Taxi

• The journey to Mandarin Oriental, Singapore, is through the Marina Square car park, accessible via the ‘A Lane’ only during the hours of 5 pm to 7 pm and after 12 midnight on both Saturday and Sunday.

• The 'A lane' will be closed for an estimated hour before and after the race, disruption subject to actual time.

• For a seamless journey, please book a 'Taxi' or choose 'Taxi' via your hiring APP. Private cars via GRAB, Gojek, and other applications are likely to be denied full 'A Lane' .

Instructions to your taxi driver
 

• Access 'A Lane' via Nicoll Highway / Bayfront 

• Once on 'A Lane', proceed to Marina Square Car park

• Drive through the basement car park

• Follow the signage towards Mandarin Oriental, Singapore 

• At the Red Zone, turn up to level 1

• Drive out of the car park into the front of the Mandarin Oriental, Singapore lobby and alight.

Important: The 'A lane' will be closed for 1 hour before and 1.5 hours after the race.
 

Saturday, 16 September 2023 from 8pm - 11pm*
Sunday, 17 September 2023 from 8pm till 12 midnight* 
*Estimated affected race hours subject to actual race time.

Alternative drop-off points when 'A Lane' is closed:

• From 7pm - 11pm on Saturday and 7pm to 12am on Sunday, access Mandarin Oriental, Singapore, through the Suntec Convention Centre Tower 1 Drop-Off point.

• Private cars via GRAB, Gojek, TADA, or your own car.
   

Instructions

1. Address: "C25 Taxi Stand @ Suntec Convention Centre"

2. Take the escalator to level 2

3. Follow signage and cross the sky bridge to Marina Square

4. Once you are at Marina Square (level 2), follow signage to Millenia Walk until you see the FRANKE store

5. Make a right towards GEBERIT and you will find signage to Mandarin Oriental

Mandala Mansion is located at the Pool Terrace on level 5.
